Following the publicity earlier this year confirming that
the Bank of Scotland had extended more than £5 million of
debt financing to a company called Remnant Media, to buy
45 adult magazines from Mr Richard Desmond’s portfolio, the
CHANGE Management Board has decided to remove all funds from
the bank in protest.
As an agency dedicated to promoting respectful relationships we
believe pornography to be abhorrent and are not willing to be
associated with a bank which is supporting the pornographic industry.
Therefore we would be obliged if you would close and remit cheques for the balances
of the following accounts made payable to CHANGE to the above address:
